A few surprises this week. A few of my faves didn't shine as bright as I might have wanted, but there was one performance that I will never forget. David Cook really rocked it out. Who knew this side of 'Billie Jean?' Wow. Loved, loved, loved it! The Michael Jackson cover had me at 'hello' -- and speaking of which, did you catch his version of the Lionel Richie song? For your listening pleasure, I have included both.
Billie Jean
Hello
Honorable Mention: Michael Johns. Love me some Queen.
Sent Home: Poor Chikezie. There were a few others who should have gone first.

My boys love to watch American Idol and I was enjoying our bonding time. But now that they're all good - they've lost interest. Big Bummer. I haven't picked a favorite. It's just fun to see how things progress.
I don't watch AI, but I saw this version of Billie Jean--wow, he is talented. Of course, I love how no one seems to relax until they get the thumbs up from Simon. (I had not seen the "Hello" version--that was great, too.
I am an avid AI fan, and I've decided David Cook is my choice to win it all. (I've even taken to the phones a bit to help ensure it! haha) I agree there were a few (one in particular for me, though) who should have gotten the boot first before Chikezie.
Thanks so much for stopping my blog and commenting, especially about the curly straws. I am definitely giving that one a try!
Your blog is fun, and what a beautiful family you have. :) I'd like to stop by again, if you don't mind.

Definitely others should have gone home first!

Thanks again! And take care. ;)
Maybe I should become cool like everybody else and start watching TV! :)
Hi! I just tagged you for a meme here. Hope you enjoy!
I haven't watched American Idol in a long time. Will have to start watching it again.
Hope all is going well with you and your family.
