Thank goodness we don't live in China! I think the first time I turned my heater on was mid-October! We don't run it all the time, but we'd freeze here in Idaho if we'd waited until now to turn it on at all. Definite blessings to have the freedom to do so. (At least for a while...)
WoW! That is crazy! I don't know that I could handle living there! I am definitely grateful for freedom! Hope your hubby isn't freezing there! How are you doing without him??
No way!! That is horrible. We really are blessed. My inlaws have an exchange student from China. It is crazy the things she tells us about the gov. Stuff she wouldn't dare say in China.
WOW! I guess I was lucky, b/c I got turn our heater on when I wanted. BUT, they were very picky about my AC. I arrived in August, and it was HOT and SWEATY. I had my AC going, and I guess they didn't like the temp I choose. They turned it off for acouple of days to teach me a lesson. Needless to say I turned it up acouple of degrees, and lived in a little of discomfort!
oh i would die right now If i had my heater on. We dont turn on our heater in the winter. Yes, it gets to be like 54 degrees in our house but thats why we layer. We have like $35 utility bills. Its awesome. Right now Its 65 degrees and Im sitting her in my bed with the fan on in shorts and a t-shirt. This whole always hot when your pregnant is really getting old. Zachs is cursing my name cause he has to throw another blanket on his side of the bed.

We truly are blessed to have the freedoms we have.
BTW- Thanks for helping me with Payton yesterday, I really appreciate it. Please let me know if you ever need help with Nick.

Isn't that something. And IT DOES GET COLD in China. We are so blessed!
That is so unbelievable. It truly makes me so very thankful for the freedoms we have.

That is fine with me as long as they want to control paying the bill for me too. Um, on second thought, I don't want any more government control.

So the trendy scarfs they all wear isn't just a fashion statement?

Good grief! I had no idea! :0
OK am I the only one who thought Siberia? I believe you can hear the tiny hammers from there too...
That's so interesting. I suppose they cut energy consumption.
Oiy!
So glad I'm not Chinese right now. ;-)
