Lilly's First Day of Kindergarten!
She was so excited. She has been asking for weeks. Truly. It was adorable to see her pick out her clothes a few days before school and ask every 10 minutes all morning long if it was time to go to "Kinner-garden."
I didn't cry, but a little bit of sunshine definitely left our house that day.
Stephie's First Day of High School!
Wow. What a big day that is. I was a bit more sad to see Stephie go to High School than to see Lilly go to Kindergarten. I just know that the next few years will fly by. Sniff, sniff.
She was a bit nervous, but came home with rave reviews of how much more she like it than Middle School. Yay!
Maddy's Sophomore Year
Wow. Now she is not a little Freshman, anymore. Again, a bit more sad about her moving up the ranks in High School. She was super-excited to get back into the swing of things- except for the early mornings, of course. She had a great first day, and doesn't feel nervous at all. She was glad to be back with lots of friends.
And to top off a great first day of school, I took the girls to the American Idols Live concert. Yay! It was sooooo much fun! We had a blast. We screamed our heads off, purchased lots of souvenirs and had an amazing time.

All you girls look GREAT!! Gracie saw Maddy and said, "Is this Lilly's blog?" Now she wants to know if I'm writing an email to her. ;-) I'm glad school went well for everyone.

Your family is so beautiful. I'm so glad it went well for each of them. My oldest goes to middle school next year and I'm so not ready for that!
