Ghosts and Goblins

Here is a peek into our Halloween this year.

Stephie was a Rock Star! Maddy did her makeup and hair (daddy sprayed it.) She definitely rocked it out and had a blast! She got many, many compliments on her eye makeup which doesn't show well in this picture. She is a knock-out!

Lilly was Princess Genevieve from Barbie's Twelve Dancing Princesses movie. She really loved getting make upped by Maddy!

Nicky was the world's cutest Superman! Sorry if you had a little Superman this year, too-- but, there it is! This picture is his "flying" manoeuvre. He runs around the house saying "Suba-man to a wescooo!!" Translation, 'Superman to the rescue.'

You will notice the missing Maddy. She did every one's makeup and then went off to a Halloween Party at her friend's house. 'my baby is growing up' sniff, sniff.

Here is the gang this year.

Blaise was a Disco Diva, Laci was a Tiger Cat, Briggs was his usual camo-clad soldier (compliments of Uncle Chris) and Whitt was a costume boycott this year!

We didn't do a large family pumpkin this year. We each did our own little pumpkin.

This picture shows the cheesecloth ghosts also. Left is Lilly's, right is Nicky's and the middle is Mom and Dad's.

These are Maddy and Stephie's ghosts.

They are so super-fun to make and a favorite family tradition.

We often find one or two funny items in the candy bucket. This year's was a candy cane. Stephie said that an old lady gave it to her.

Did you have a funny find?

Cute costumes. Your kids are adorable and beautiful.
My kids each had the nastiest looking chocolate finger in each of the bags. All of them said, "EWW!' when they came across it. I'm glad ya'll had fun!

Stephie IS gorgeous! I love it! Those costumes are all so great!

I was just grossed out by all the yucky cheap candy. What ever happened to good old fashioned chocolate bars?
